The Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover & Spring Grove provides expert and compassionate skilled services on a short-term basis. Perhaps a nurse is needed to provide wound care after surgery. Or perhaps a person who is recovering from a stroke needs physical and/or occupational therapy. In most cases, VNA after hospital care is provided following release from the hospital, an outpatient facility, or following outpatient surgery. |
