Since 1909, the Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover & Spring Grove has been the leader in home health in this community. We provided the first:

• Well-baby clinics
• Comprehensive respiratory home care program
• Ostomy care
• Hospice care
• Private duty services

As we celebrate our past and honor the present, we are also preparing for the future. We know that advances in technology are the next important thing we must provide to assist our patients and their caregivers. We want to help them live happier, healthier lives by purchasing equipment to:

• Assist them in monitoring vital functions daily for critical changes
• Perform tests that now are done in a lab or hospital
• link VNA staff, physicians, patients and their families in a seamless circle of care
• Remind patients to take their medications
