Executive/HR Assistant – (Full-time)

The VNA of Hanover and Spring Grove is searching for an experienced and team-oriented Executive/Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO, Board of Directors, Directors of Human Resources and Marketing & Development, and other Board Committees and Executive Team members. This position is responsible for various Board meeting minutes, preparation and distribution of Board documentation, coordination of Agency events, assists with Human Resources responsibilities and Marketing activities, and other related administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the departments. Qualified individuals must possess excellent customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, a high level of confidentiality, and communicate and collaborate effectively with all individuals. A positive attitude, professionalism, and accountability are key to success! A high school diploma or equivalent with related working experience and strong computer skills are required. Post high school education in related field, experience working in non-profit, healthcare, and Human Resources is highly desirable!

Hospice Administrative Assistant – (Full-time)

 This position is responsible to coordinate and manage office functions and other operational activities related to the administration of the day-to-day hospice program.  A high school diploma or equivalent required with a business course of study.  Must possess knowledge and skills in basic Microsoft Office Products.  A minimum of 2 years experience in a medical or health care setting preferred.

Occupational Therapist

The VNA is searching for a compassionate, organized, and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our professional therapy team to provide home healthcare to patients in the Adams/York County areas.  Solid time management and excellent customer/patient service skills a must.  A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy approved by an accredited organization, current licensure, and two years experience as an Occupational Therapist required.  Home Health care experience highly desirable.


Home Care Aides, CNA’s – (Full-time)

This position provides personal care and light housekeeping services to patients in their homes.  High school diploma or equivalent. CNA or proof of NA training required. Minimum 1 year of work experience. Experience in home care preferred.


Home Health/Hospice Aide, CNA’s – (Full-time)

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a minimum of one year work experience and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.  Experience in home care highly desired.  CPR required.  Full-time day shift including weekend/holiday rotation.  Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.


Spiritual Counselor – (PRN, Flexible hours)

The Spiritual Counselor provides spiritual counseling services to Hospice patients, families and caregivers. Must be ordained, consecrated, commissioned and/or licensed and in current good standing with appropriate religious body. A degree in divinity, theology, spiritual care, ministerial studies, psychology, sociology or social work; a minimum of 1 to 2 C.P.E.’s from an accredited program; and experience in grief or loss counseling required. A minimum of two years experience in home health care preferred.
