Welcome to the VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove

As a community-based, not-for-profit agency, the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Hanover & Spring Grove is dedicated to our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare in the home. Through our two lines of service – Home Health and Hospice – the VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove provides a continuum of high-quality, compassionate care for our neighbors in all of Adams County and Southwestern York County. VNA Home Health is for individuals who have recently had surgery, been hospitalized, suffered an accidenthttps://www.high-endrolex.com/2, or are experiencing an acute illness. VNA Hospice addresses the unique needs that individuals and families face at the end of life wherever they call home.

At the Visiting Nurse Association of Hanover & Spring Grove, we have been providing our patients with professional, caring home health services since 1909. Providing high-quality care along with patient and caregiver education are the most important things we do. As an independent, not-for-profit organization, we serve patients regardless of their ability to pay for care.

Our organization is made up of a team of health care professionals who are dedicated to patient care, including RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aids, clinical and administrative managers, and support staff.

We believe that providing high-quality patient care is a job that requires all team members to work together with one goal in mind.
